Our current sorority website is maintained solely by our webmaster, and having had this position last year, it's not a lot of fun. It involves updating photos of members, their information, and their biographies. It also entails updating all of the events, coffee hours, and updating all the member statuses. I would like to have a way to automate this process so that it is not quite so painful.

The new site that I will implement will have a Drupal back end where the members will be able to log into the site, edit their information, and if they have enough privileges, add and monitor events. I would like to link the site to Meeting Wizard [1] for scheduling events, but I will see how that will go.

-Take current website and edit it to support database calls -Create back end member area to edit public/private information -Explore creating Meeting Wizard events and integrating that into the website
