1. Different functionality for doctors and patients.
2. Doctors can see progress on patients and can communicate with other doctors working on the same patient.
3. Patients can see prescriptions, diagnoses, links to webmd, doctor's advice, etc.
4. All information is displayed in widgets which the patient or doctor can choose
5. Doctors can't get on a patients site without their confirmation.
